In these times of pandemic, biosafety protocols approved by the Peruvian government have been developed with the idea that each participant in any tourist operation, practice these regulations to assure everyone´s safety. We have the #SAFETRAVELS stamp certification approved by the World Tourism Organization https://wttc.org/.

We highly recommend taking private services so that the client will have their own transportation and guide available, without having to share it with other travelers. Almost 100% of our operations use this type of service. We will implement better control of hygiene, safety and rubbish disposal procedures during these visits, and all our staff will be prepared to meet these objectives because we want our travelers to feel safe and confident that their health is protected. We will deliver a safe experience during your journey with us.

Our offices are closed, but our employees are working safely from home, so do not hesitate to contact us for a quick response.
When we return to our offices, it will be disinfected daily and will be equipped with digital infrared thermometers, shoe sanitizers, hand sanitizers and face masks. We will also monitor the temperature of our staff when entering, leaving and at lunchtime.

Guides, Staff and drivers
Our staff is being instructed on the biosafety protocols applied to transport, hotels, trains, air transport and we will be very strict in its compliance. For our part, we will provide all the necessary implements of enhanced cleaning, registration books, cleaning and disinfection of vehicles, as well as an infrared digital thermometer. Our programs will be organized in order to avoid crowds in the archaeological centers.

Food preparation, camping equipment and Cooks
As soon as conditions allow, we will organize an extra safety, hygiene and health course focused on current pandemic conditions with the presence of guides, cooks, drivers, office staff, porters and muleteers. Although our camping gear is cleaned and sanitized, now in these times of covid-19 we will be more scrupulous to make sure everything is disenfected, clean and safe. We will include the extra protocols that have been implemented so that our actions are for the benefit of all.

Hotels, air transportation, trains and sites
All of these components of the tourist service have or will have their own protocols and we must comply with them. They could be very similar to ours and perhaps with some changes depending on the space, capacity, times, etc. We will definitely inform you of the different protocols so you could be prepared.
